We are open 7 days a week, 6 AM to midnight, because garage doors break on Sundays too. Residential and commercial, Orange County and parts of LA County.

QUESTIONS
Before you call.
My garage door spring snapped. Can you fix it?+
Yes, spring replacement is one of our most common jobs. Do not try to open the door by hand with a broken spring; call us and we will get it lifting easy again.
Are you really open 7 days a week?+
Yes. First Rate Door Systems is open 7 days a week, 6 AM to midnight. Garage doors do not keep office hours, so neither do we.
Do you install new garage doors too?+
Yes. Custom wood doors and pre-fabricated residential and commercial doors, measured, fitted, and installed.
My opener hums but the door does not move. Is it dead?+
Not necessarily. It could be the opener, the springs, or a sensor. Call (714) 726-0899 and we will diagnose the real fault before quoting anything.
Where are you located?+
140 W Orangethorpe Ave, Placentia, CA 92870. We serve Orange County and parts of Los Angeles County.
Who will I talk to when I call?+
The shop itself. First Rate is family-owned by Gilbert Valadez; you talk to us, not a call center.
